It provides classification information along with geographic range, food habits, behavior, habitat, conservation and references. The information is written by University of Michigan students. The easiest way to use this site is to enter a type of animal in the Quick Search window on the homepage and then select from the list that appears on the screen. Listings which use the word media have a photo of the animal along with the information. Listings with the word narrative provide the information only.
